Shipping Policy

 

How do you deliver and what are your charges?

For all USA & International orders we will ship your order directly from our USA distribution using Fedex as our carrier. We trust them the most to deliver your order safely from our door to yours. 

If your delivery address is not serviced by Fedex then please contact us and we will look into other couriers to accommodate this. 

When your item is ready to ship we advise a delivery estimated time of between 2-5 business days depending on the final delivery address. 

For all made to order products, we will reach out directly to communicate the delivery window and reconfirm your acceptance of any required lead time. 

As soon as your order is ready for shipping, we will send you a tracking number with your order dispatch email.

Shipping prices will be listed at checkout although on occasion, depending on the order volume or delivery location we might be required to contact you to spot quote your shipping charge. 

For all international orders outside of the USA, unfortunately at this time, we are required to ship DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and the end customer will be responsible for import taxes and duties.

If there are any shipping delays then we will contact you directly to inform you. 

Do you deliver everywhere around the world?

We aim to share our products with a worldwide audience although unfortunately we have needed to restrict a few countries. Should you come across this, we would be happy to help find a solution so please don’t hesitate to ask.

What can I do if my product was damaged during transportation?

If you find any damages or received your order damaged then please contact us within 14 days at: privateorders@zdgofficial.com.  We will then evaluate the issue and make it right.
