Refund Policy

Our products are quality checked both in the workshop and in our head office for faults. They are also - unless where explicitly described otherwise - entirely handmade. Therefore, some imperfections and inconsistencies between like products will exist. We believe this is part of the product’s character and is to be expected.

All our sales are final except of course for breakages or a delivery error on our part. If you receive an order which is damaged during transit then please contact us immediately. After 14 days we cannot be held liable for replacements.
