How do I care for my new products?

We not only strive to produce beautiful and authentic products, but we want to ensure they are practical and easy to care for. For example, our cutlery is dishwasher safe and so too is our faïence (when handled with care).

We recommend that you refer to each item's product page for further information and to follow the specific directions provided. 

Where are your products made?

All our faïence and cutlery is designed and made by hand in France, by artisans recognized with The Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (Living Heritage Company, or EPV) label. A mark of recognition of the French State, put in place to reward French firms for the excellence of their traditional and industrial skills. Our linens are designed and made in Italy.

Is your packaging sustainable and recyclable?

Beauty, practicality and the ability to repurpose we think are the hallmarks of exquisite packaging today. We have been relentless in our exclusion of plastic (even in our shipping) and create beautiful packaging that deliver our products to you safely, with practicality and reuse in mind. Boxes, pouches and felt stackers house all our pieces, for elegant day to day storage. All materials are natural, biodegradable and handmade.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No creating an account is optional.

How can I be sure my online shopping is safe?

Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Go to the login page, select "forgot password" and enter in your email address to reset your password. 

ABOUT OUR SERVICES

Can you gift wrap our purchases?

Absolutely! All our products will arrive with you in our signature poplar wood boxes, drawstring brushed cotton dust bags and layers of tissue. Plates are stacked with our signature blue wool felt plate stackers designed for you to keep between your plates when stored at home. They are then sealed closed and tied with ribbon before being set among shredded tissue inside the shipping carton. If you would like a hand calligraphed swing tag attached or gift card enclosed with your gift order we would be most happy to oblige.

What services are available through Private Orders?

We are delighted to offer our Private Clients:
- Advance access to the forthcoming collections;
- Opportunities for customized orders and large quantities, with family crests and insignias; and
- Styling and collection advice, taking into consideration your existing collections.
