Le Potager du Roi Espalier Pear Tree Centerpiece

Exclusively created for the World Monuments Fund’s 60th Anniversary, Zoë de Givenchy imagined a poetic and refined tablescape inspired by the abundance and artistry of Le Potager du Roi at Versailles.

For this special occasion, commissioned French artists, led by Carlotta de Guitaut, hand-crafted these sculptural papier-mâché trees, which adorned the tables in celebration of this milestone.

Drawing on her background in luxury artistic direction and set design, Carlotta de Guitaut conceptualised these decorative Pear Espaliers, handcrafted by skilled artisans from her original design. Each piece is entirely unique, bringing a poetic and refined presence to interior spaces. The bark, miniature pears, delicate blossoms and gilded leaves are all sculpted by hand in papier-mâché.

These are exceptionally limited editions and extremely fragile, requiring specialist shipping and handling.
